When I speak with people who are not interested in Jesus I find that the Jesus that they are NOT interested in is NOT the actual Jesus! It is often some distorted, "religified," bastardized version of the Jesus of Scripture. This is encouraging for me because as I have gotten to know Him, He has consistently struck me as incredibly interesting and I so wish people could hear His thoughts and teachings and truths without the grid of crap that clogs it up for them! This talk was an attempt of mind to get at the heart of the actual "Jesus gig."
